As a service-based company, our “delivery” refers to the final submission of digital media files or physical storage drives containing the commissioned work.

Project Timelines

Each project has its own production schedule based on the agreed scope of work. Estimated delivery timelines are discussed at the time of booking and outlined in the project agreement or quotation.

We ensure timely delivery of all final files once:

• The project has been completed as per the approved brief
• The final payment has been received

Digital Deliverables

Completed files are usually shared via:

• Secure online download links (Google Drive, WeTransfer, or private server)
• Hard drives or pen drives, when applicable (for large data transfers)

If physical media is shipped, clients will receive tracking details once dispatched.
Please note that any physical shipment time depends on courier services, and Eknetra Productions is not liable for third-party delivery delays.

Revisions & Feedback

Minor corrections or color grading adjustments are included as per the agreed terms. Additional edits beyond the scope may be charged separately.
