Booking & Advance Payments

All bookings are confirmed only after an advance payment.
This advance is non-refundable, as it reserves crew, dates, and resources for your project.

Project Cancellations

If a project is cancelled:

• Before production starts: partial refund may be possible after deducting pre-production costs.
• After shoot commencement: refunds are not applicable as production resources and crew have already been deployed.

Service Adjustments

In case of unexpected delays (weather, travel, or equipment issues), Eknetra Productions will reschedule the shoot at the earliest available slot in consultation with the client.

Refunds for Technical Errors

If a file is corrupted, incomplete, or unviewable due to technical reasons, we will either re-deliver the files or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
